Terms & Conditions

At reservation we charge a prepayment of 40% of the total amount, which has to be paid into our bank account within one week after reservation. Once we have received the prepayment, your reservation is final; you wil receive a confirmation email. The remaining amount can be paid in cash upon arrival at the B&B or transferred into our bank account one week prior to arrival.

By paying the prepayment you agree with our conditions.

In case of a reservation within 3 weeks before arrival the full amount needs to be paid into our bank account.

Consumptions, meals etc. on site will have to be paid in cash upon departure.

No reservation is final without a confirmation email from Felix - Maison d'hôtes.

If you cancel prior to 6 weeks before arrival, 20% of the total amount will be due. Half of the prepayment will be refunded, is applicable.

If you cancel between 2 and 6 weeks before arrival, 40% of the total amount will be charged.

If  you cancel within 2 weeks before arrival or a "No Show", 100% will be charged.

Please make sure to inform us of your estimated time of arrival so we can plan your check-in. Your room will be available for check in from 16h00. Check out is at 10h00. 

Our family rooms each have a private fridge, while double rooms share a fridge in the lounge. Guests are welcome to put together a picnic-style meal or bring takeaway to enjoy in the lounge or on the outside terrace. For drinks, we kindly ask that you use our honesty bar.

Please note that cooking facilities are not available and cooking inside the B&B or the rooms is not possible.

All rooms are non smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden. 

No pets are allowed. ​
